i feel for the man and his predicament ..
i wonder if he realizes that what is happening to him now is not the entire story ..
i have thought about this image since making my comment ..
and what i also wonder is if the man has any hope at all .. we do write our own story .. and if we dont have hope .. then we make it very hard for positive things to come into our lives ..

what a gorgeous catch .. the expressions on both the mother and child are just to die for .. assuming its the mum .. it could be a big sister or an aunt or a friend .. whatever .. this is just perfection .. :)
its the sort of photo that you should be put on a wall so that if someone is having a bad day .. they could look at it and their spirits would lift .. :)

i like the overall idea .. but i apologize .. i'm not a huge fan of the blurred background buildings .. fortunately for you my opinion may not be shared with many of the voters .. ;)
i'm absolutely loving that sky with those dark threatening clouds though .. and the contrast with the ppl sitting around taking in the day ..
it has an element of foreboding ..
actually .. the more i look at this the better it becomes .. and what i found not that great .. the blurred buildings .. are now giving this scene a sort of science fictiony feeling .. which i love ..
i particularly like how those buildings are reaching into the sky ..
this has so much going for it that at first glance was not apparent ..
i hope the other voters give this the time it deserves .. :)

i would tend to disagree with you about two being company and three a crowd ..
dogs just make that company even better .

loving the graphic nature of this image .. the structure and the perspective totally works .. the bnw edit is absolute perfection .. if you gave lessons in editing i would be one of your students for sure ..
the ppl sitting there make this so personal .. the guy .. he seems resigned . and the girl . finding humour in the situation ... a nice contrast ..

i'm loving your black and white edit with the high contrast .. and of course the light .. for me it feels like he's not alone but surrounded by a bright and beautiful energy field .. of which he is unaware .. our time here will be so much more meaningful and joyful when we realize that this is just a very limited experience .. and that there is so much more .. and we are not alone ..
