aghhhh .. i'd hate to be him ..
i have recently watched a couple of utube videos of ppl who had rather disastrous medical issues and lost limbs .. one a lady who lost her arms and legs above the kneee to menengitis or something .. the thing is she was extremely positive .. very inspirational ..
hope this guy learns to live without his missing hands .. i doubt the balloons would help him at all .. ;)
