i then looked to see what lens etc .. and wondered . .. clicked on the camera and saw all your wonderful pics .. you take amazing photos of hummingbirds .. like this one .. i'm blown away ..

and i was totally right .. the details ... that tac sharp eye .. the little tongue poking out .

what i do love most are those little curled over legs .. extremely cute .

ps.. would love to know the shutter speed etc etc that you'd be using to get a photo like this .. we dont have hummingbirds where i live .. but from what i do know . they are very small . and move very very fast .. :)

this is an amazing capture ..
part of the reason why i find it so .. is the almost optical illusion that those far hills are in front of the nearer ones .. cant explain it any better than that .. they just look closer than they are ..
i'm loving the impact of the road in the scene going off into the distance ..

i was just about to exit this pic and took one last look .. she took on an almost 3D quality .. that fur is amazing .. i feel i could reach out and pat her and bury my fingers in her luxurious coat .. :)
