day 16 legacy.jpgby suitenessComment: i was drawn to this as a thumb and then i read your comments .. sandy is one of the people who absolutely shines in dpc .. she said her dad was ready to go .. this photograph is a wonderful reminder of the joy even while in sorrow .. (i cant think of a better way to express it or the words right now) .. i reckon as a photograph it is totally excellent .. the blur and out'v focus just gives this so much movement and feeling .. :)
edit .. just had to add .. that gorgeous laughing girl holding the baby .. the hands reaching out .. everyone touching each other .. i'm sure not just physically .. :) Message edited by author 2007-07-17 09:30:46. |

Day 15, Wysperby jackal9Comment: wow to have a wolf as a pet .. that's amazing .. and i'm surprised about her nature that she accepts strange ppl etc but other dogs not ... she looks absolutely gorgeous and a lot like a german shepherd/alsatian, in fact thats the sort of animal i thought she was before i read your comments .. she'd eat out little miniature foxy for breakfast .. our larger dog i'm not so sure !! ..:) |

Day 15by kellyrc01Comment: you are certainly a dpc idiot to actually take this photograph and then spend the time posting it in our side challenge when you are not only exhausted but hung over as well .. at least i'm not alone, coz i would do the exact same thing ..
it looks like you have a brass bed .. i imagine it wasnt long after you posted this that you ended up fast asleep in it ..
now to check out that bus that you posted before this .. it looks excellent as a thumb in all that grass etc .. welcome back, glad you had a great time and look forward to seeing more of your great shots .. :) |

Day 15 - The Familyby runericComment: interesting .. love the photograph coz they all look like they're having a great time .. never heard of selective focus in processing .. it looks like you could achieve that using selective blur or something .. ???... :) |

SSSS-wingby karmatComment: another excellent shot .. pure concentration .. pure joy .... i know i took like million photographs of my daughter from when she was born to when she was about 4 years old .. then i sort'v slowed down quite a bit .. i'm sorry i did, coz i'd like to have another million of the years between 4 and 18 to wander thru when the mood strikes me .. keep shooting ... i dont think any photograph of your children will ever go astray ... :) |

day 15 - birdsby rachelellenComment: mad shot .. love it .. excellent expanse of clear blue sky and then those birds on the wire .. great the way you've composed this and the square crop is working real well .. i drive by a place quite often that has birds sitting on a wire a lot of the time, and each time i drive by and they are there i think of stopping, coz i reckon it would make the best shot .. well you've just proved that it would be the best shot, altho the birds that are on the wire i see are usually minor birds and they arent that large or attractive ... so they might just look like dark smudges on a wire rather than your excellent sharp and focused birds .. love the way they're all looking in different directions and in different postures .. :) |

Day 14 - The joy of not having to pay UK dutyby bimbleComment: yes i was thinking of the focus when i opened this and then i read your comments .. funny .. i spose photography and consuming large amounts of champagne just dont mix ... of course i wouldnt know from experience !! :) ..
edit to say lol LOL !! .. i'm not being rude i'm trying to be funny, & lame i know ... sometimes ppl actually take me seriously and i get into a load of trouble .. after i posted this i thought i should qualify just in case you thought i was one of those horrible ppl who make mean and derogatory remarks .. and now i'll chuck in another lol LOL .. :) ..
