it does look cold and dreary .. great perspective going on ..
learning post processing is often just a matter of trial and error and spending A LOT of time at it .. suggestions from ppl who'v been there are always a good way to speed up the learning process ..
if you were at the very beginning of learning i'd suggest that you play around with the adjustment layers in your layers palette .. i'm sure other ppl will have other suggestions .. its a very individual thing of course . have fun .. if it snows for a long time you'll just get better and better . :)

brilliant sound system from wot you've said .. pissing off the neighbours sounds like you'd get an awesome sound .. altho it does depend how close they are .. like are you in a unit? ... a house with a yard between you and the next house or in the country with houses with large paddocks/fields between them like where i live ??..
we had a party for my daughter last night .. some of the guys were having a competition to see how loud their car sound systems were .. my niece, ann-marie who lives about 500m down the road messaged ali, my daughter, to say it was keeping her awake .. she should've been at the party but was recovering from the night before ..
the sound on my computer is 'adequate' .. i'm listening to sneaky sound system at the moment - goodbye .. its my current fav .. i'll probably listen to a gazillion times and then totally hate it .. but i've got quite a bit of time before that happens .. at least a week or two !!.. :)

it looks like you're particularly hungry this morning .. like they're all out'v the packet ... i like honey with sunflower seeds and slices of apple on toast .. i've been making it for my daughter for ever .. she turned 19 yesterday ... when i make her breakfast, which isnt often, i make her that ... we call it seed toast ... :)

brilliant colours .. love the bright clean fresh comfortable feel of your favourite coffee shop .. i TOTALLY love cappuccinos and we have places called gloria jean's or michell's around where i live .. i dont know if they're international or not .. anyway, they make the best froth ever .. my family and friends say i should just order froth, but a smidgeon of coffee never goes astray .. well more than a smidgeon really .. smidgeon .. wot a weird and wonderful word .. :)
