Aftermath

thats really sad Marion .. i get a birds hitting my windows quite a bit .. like once every couple of weeks .. sometimes the bang is so loud i'm absolutely sure that the bird must have died .. if i'm quick enough i'll see the bird flying off .. only once has one died .. a female satin bowerbird .. i heard the bang .. went out .. and it was stunned .. i went into the house to get my camera .. of course .. to get a photo .. but hoping it was reviving .. when i got back some noisy miners were hassling it .. i had got a towel .. so i put it over the bird hoping the noisy miners would go away and the dark might help it to relax and revive .. unfortunately it died .. i think i put a pic here in one of the side challenges .. :)
