Oversharpened for starters. There also isn't panning occuring here. (Though there is motion blur)

Great job however the background is too dark to get the full effect. Too bad because I can see hints of some really interesting colors that would make this shot POP! 6

Not really getting a feeling of panning per se. His feet are blurred but the blur in the background is not giving me a feeling of motion. (More that its just out of focus)

Not so much a pan (which would be either following the subject up/down left/right). The subject is simply approaching the camera to create the motion blur. Nice effect otherwise however
