I think it's much more effective with the shadow lighting effect. I can see why you did that. I bet it was the photo of the children that first prompted someone to report this. One comment said it was clip art. Ironic that you got disqualified for something else. Too bad, I think this is a really fun shot and a good entry.

Nice colors and patterns on the table. I have no problem with pixilization (is that a word?) in an image when it is used for artistic effect. The watch is not a very interesting subject, and there doesn't seem to be an interesting statement being made by this image, so I'm afraid it doesn't do anything for me.

Osprey Fishing

Beautiful shot, but a little over sharpened. It's a real shoehorn job for this challenge. And fishing is not sport for the osprey, it's survival. Maybe I'm wrong, but I think it should have been saved for Free Study.
