Leftyby bmartuchComment: Good job, Bob. Congrats on the Team Suck highest score and on a very good action shot. You managed to get all the essentials in one shot: the player, the equipment, and the score. I like the b&w. |

Simple Sunset P&S #8by robinssongComment: I hope this is an outtake for the sun challenge. It is beautiful. You seem to have a lot more special settings on the TZ3 than I have on the FZ30. This sunset setting must intensify the red and yellow, because I have never seen a sunset like this. |

Redneck Toyz 8 P&Sby MelonMusketeerComment: I like the title. The photo is nice and clear. I notice all the utility lines in the background. [begin rant] They are the bane of photographic efforts here in FL. I don't understand why they aren't buried -- they blow down every summer. [end rant] |

Scappaby tnunComment: Such nice detail in the fur. I can almost feel the softness. Not sure about the use of b&w here. The color of the dog and eyes are so nice in the original. Still the conversion was well done. |

horsetailsby tnunComment: I think I like the sepia better, but the rest of the processing is nice. I have never seen or heard of these things, and found your comments quite interesting.
P.S. I also made note of your style of shooting a low subject without lying on the ground. Good trick to remember. Message edited by author 2008-05-03 11:46:51. |

day-11-submit.jpgby tpbremerComment: The HDR worked quite well, but I'd like to see a little more shadow in that doorway for contrast. |

arbutus 2by tnunComment: I think the first photo (with the Nikon) is better. This one is lacking the foggy mood of the first one. Probably for a fair comparison, the shots would have to be taken at the same time with the same conditions. Oh, and it looks like this image needs a little straightening. |
