Some Circulation and Environmental Damage 1951by raishComment: Hmmm, yes it meets the challenge criteria, and it is cropped well, and it has interesting grain and colour, but it doesn't tell a story as such: I am not emotionally moved by the picture...it doesn't hold my interest...maybe a lack of mystery,story,detail that invites the viewer to spend some time looking at it...? |

Birth of Tragedy: July 27, 1982by irishblueComment: Seems OOF, but apart from that, this is such a well-known, obvious graphic, that you needed to have been bolder in using it, or more technical in creating a crisp image...it bothers me that the tips of the ribbon are not centred. |

Best Picture 1974 - The Godfather Part IIby CitadelComment: The background is distracting...ie. where the sheet ends. Would have liked more atmosphere in this...less bright and light. Maybe if the light was one-directional and the figure was in half shadow..? dunno. |
