The starkness of this is really nice with all the varying silhouettes and the hint of color in the sky. The water isn't really the focal point but the bridge and walkway and probably even the city are there because of it. I like the POV and angle you chose for this.

Reflections on the Potomac

Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous!! The arch of the bridge is a stunning frame, and the Washington Monument and Kennedy Center are perfectly positioned in it. The movement from dark to light across the frame is beautiful, too.

Snuggles

Nice composition and lighting; even as just abstract shapes this would be interesting. Like the texture in the fur, and his peaceful expression as he snuggles with the ball is wonderful.

On the flip side, his horn looks a little jaggy/haloed like it's been oversharpened a bit ... now that I look more closely there are halos in several places around the ball and buffalo.

The Glass

I like the lighting and softness and composition here. What appears to be a crease in the background (or is that where two things intersect?) would cost you points because it draws the eye away from the subject. The glass is also fading into the background a little too strongly on the right side at and below the creasy-thing; needs a bit of sharpness or a slight adjustment in the positioning of the glass so there is more distance between glass and background, I think.

Meanstwhile back to actual commenting: the light was great in all 4 but I love the calm beauty of this one. A fabulous capture of what it feels like to quietly watch the sun set over wetlands.
