Clearly, they are looking right at you. I think you should lock up Katee and belly-scoot through the tall grass until you can get closer.
Very sweet shot, Roz. Thanks for sharing these excellent type of captures with us.

| If I'd taken this picture, I would probably have framed very closely on the 'roos. That would have been a mistake, though, as your composition and framing here is infinitely more rewarding. The presence of the animals is not shouted out by this photo, rather it is suggested at first and when the eye finally alights on them, there is a great sense of satisfaction and reward. The context around the kangaroos is great, the lighting is wonderful and I particularly adore the way that the three heads almost seem to be on the same line. |

Oh these guys are so cute and curious! They remind me of large rabbits and of the deer that are in my yard. It's the large ears. I've never seen a Kangeroo before, I bet they are a hoot when they run and jump away! You have some huge trees, btw!!
