my bulldog puppyby jamesfraterComment: Awww :-) I love Bulldogs; they have the best personalities. I think I would crop this much tighter on the bottom, as the OOF ground isn't adding much IMO. |

Just Call Me Mr. Coolby meowComment: The cat is positioned OK in the frame and you hvae decent detail, but I can't say I'm fond of the blotchy processing. Just doesn't appeal to me. |

Ol' Smokeyby morganukComment: I realize there are pets, or ex-pets, involved, but this isn't exactly a portrait in my book. The shot itself is OK, though the light was kind of flat when you took it. There could have been a ton of emotion in this, but it just looks like an ordinary place to me, even with the sign. Just not getting much from it; sorry. |

Hush.....Don't Let The Cat Out of the Bagby njsabsComment: Creative concept :-) I think the cat is about to leap out of the bag whether you like it or not LOL. The intense expression, tensed body and twitching tail (I'm guessing but it looks like it was in mid-twitch) all add up to a very playful image. |

Treat motivationby KaveranComment: Wow; *4* at once! Good for you for taking such a difficult shot. The dogs look great and incredibly attentive. I have to say I wish you had used a solid background, though. That one's busyness really competes with the dogs for my attention. |

Waldo's 'lil red wagonby ShutterPugComment: Lucky pup to have his own wagon! And in such a nicely complementary color to show him off properly. He doesn't look like he's entirely comfy with being squished in the corner and hanging over a little. Still a very cute shot. |

My nose is heart-shapedby bubeltrubelComment: Gorgeous cat. I just love blue eyed cats :-) Nice lighting and DOF on the kitty. There is a somewhat distracting wide line just above the head which I would probably clone out, and I'd crop just below the whiskers (feels like there's a little too much bright chest competing for attention with the eyes). |

Miloby fordmanf1Comment: OK, so if I send you a self-addressed, postage-paid box can you just stick him in it and send him to me? Because he is ridiculously ADORABLE! What a face :-) Nicely cropped and lit; a little more fill light to get rid of his shadow and this would be just about perfect. |

Milly Graceby SandyPComment: Beautiful face; she looks very, very sweet. DOF, pose and crop are great. Overall nice job on the lighting; nit - the bright catchlights in her eyes don't match in placement or brightness or softness, and there is a faint catchlight in the pupil on the right which gives it roundness not present in the other pupil. It took me a sec to realize what was bugging me about the eyes. |
