Cute little pup. The side of the face you captured is the shaded side - not sure if that was intentional or not. The shadow below the abdomen is a bit harsh .. perhaps a fill light set up along side you pointing directly at the pup would help here? I'm not an indoor lighting expert by any stretch of the imagination though, so hopefully you'll get some better advice from others here.

OK, so if I send you a self-addressed, postage-paid box can you just stick him in it and send him to me? Because he is ridiculously ADORABLE! What a face :-) Nicely cropped and lit; a little more fill light to get rid of his shadow and this would be just about perfect.
