You are bringing out the full freaky potential of Bozo--this will be a fascinating series. I like your 2nd edit better. Bozo is even more scary in full sunlight.

No matter what compelling circumstance we have in common, each path taken to reach that circumstance is unique. Looks like she's taking notes from a phone book. Each path away from that curcumstance is unique, too. I'm not easy in my mind about the propriety of taking photographs of the homeless for display to those who have homes, so I don't do it, & I rarely click open the thumbs, but I clicked this one open. It's not the usual homeless shot.

I've caught a lot of grasshoppers in my time to take fishing. As a kid, I remember looking at their wierd alien faces before I sunk the point of the hook in their thorax. This shot brings back those memories. Grasshoppers do look like visitors from another planet. "D Your shot of the white egret in the winter rice field totally rocks!

I know these flowers have very thin, almost transparent petals. This capture shows of this transparent whiteness very well. IMO, this is a white azalea in the shade & it's reflecting shade/shadows. I like it as is, except for the border which with it's sharp angularity expresses a too-different reality.

I've clicked this open several times since May 1. Each time I forget what the subject is, & every time I look at the thumb I see a waterfall. So, when I click it open, it's a surprise. I like it because it's unusual, because of the mysterious beauty, & for the way it looks like the very definition of a moment in time. That particular moment was going by so fast, you alsmot missed it.
