I waited 'till last to score/comment this photo. I was hoping by waiting, that when I came back to vote, she'd have aged about 30 years or so. That way I could offer a photo of myself to put in the frame ;>) This photo makes me feel so sad and it has a great emotive feel to it. Photographically it is very sound. I think maybe the focus could be a little bit crisper. The photo is my pick for the blue: 10

I'm not a fan of centered subjects but it seems like it was probably best for this shot. I like the more 'spontaneous' look this has rather then the 'posed' look some of the other similar shots offered for the challenge. I do think there could be a little more contrast as to me, the photo looks a little faded. The focus is excellent. I'll score the photo at 9.

Kids kissing kinda creeps me out. It certainly meets the challenge and the photo is technically perfect as far as I can see. I have no choice but to score it at 10 and I'm sure it will be in the top 10 if not a ribbon winner.

I don't know why but I get the feeling from this photo that somebody is getting squeezed very tight rather then hugged. No matter, it's an awesome photo and has that 'HDR' look to it. 9

Well, it's not the traditional idea of 'Hug and Kiss'. Neither is my photo and it's getting hammered even though I think the photo is technically sound: as your is but yours is better. My photo is at 4.5: down from 5.7 and up from 4. So, how do I score your photo? It's a 10 all the way.
