Take the Stairsby posthumousComment: Framing, perspective, and concept - all killer. You had an 8 from me. Wonderful play on "old ways". |

Woodby raishComment: I really liked the subdued colors in this composition, allows your eyes to take a leisurely stroll through the whole composition. Nice arrangement of subjects and framing. |

fluidby RetroesqueComment: This is really good - you caught her and the ribbon in good positions, and that framing texture is perfect for this. So impressive! |

Tarot Budsby AliciaComment: Great idea for an overlay - tarot cards make for interesting graphics. I find myself wishing I could see the eye more in this one, though. |

day 6. feb 08 overlays. worlds collideby rozComment: This is quite a unique juxtaposition, I like how you brightened the pelicans to make them appear almost to glow (radioactive?). I like this concept of the clash between the natural and the man-made. |

Together by trevytrevComment: This looks like it would respond in an interesting way with the Urban Acid action. Might be useful to see what it would look like if Goodman's texture was flipped vertically, so the lighter/darker areas of the texture swap places, and put their respective emphases in different areas of the base image. I like how this straddles the cute/sad divide - they seem stranded, but yet they have each other. |
