I like the subtlety of these curves - too many times the assumption is that the challenge topic must only be expressed in a large and obvious way, to be successful. A very emotive image, with an air of eulogy. I regret not voting for this challenge.

It's like the blooms are trying to break through, like the protagonist of the song is. The flowers are removed, disconnected, as if a veil separates us from them. The image conveys a sense of sadness.
