 I don't know why this song came to mind when I created this, but I think maybe somehow it fits??

It's like the blooms are trying to break through, like the protagonist of the song is. The flowers are removed, disconnected, as if a veil separates us from them. The image conveys a sense of sadness.

Beautiful song from Sir Elton, and it does fit with yet another fantastic flower image of yours! That scratchy green background is so wonderful, and I love how you created the row of flowers behind the foreground one, so pretty!

When I was a young teen, Elton John was my absolute favorite singer. I love how you've processed this image to give it such a sense of poignancy and a touch of melancholy. A beautiful match with the lyrics.
