After Hoursby GermaineComment: I like the colors and angles a lot, but I'm with krnodil - I'd suggest cutting off some of the empty area on the left. |

Listenersby GermaineComment: I like the people in the crowd, but the sign feels too centered. I wonder how it'd look with the right edge cropped in just to the right of the sign. I think that'd put the focus more on the people and less on the pole and stuff to the right. |

Observersby GermaineComment: I think this is one that I'd like better with a back story. I'm left wondering what I'm looking at, what the sign says, and why they're there. |

Ridersby GermaineComment: I'm suffering from visual contradiction. The blur says "fast moving" but their postures show them as just walking. Maybe that's intentional? I like the processing and colors, though. |

Dancerby GermaineComment: Very nice as an abstract - not meaning a shapeless form, but an abstraction of the scene. The dancer's flowing colors clearly say "action, motion, dance!" while the musicians' more muted colors show them as the supporting players they are. |

Corn and Tri-Tipby GermaineComment: Ah, now this one I like a lot. There are so many different textures to explore, and so many questions, like who he is, why he's eating corn in that spot, and where all the smoke's coming from. The lighting adds a nice mysterious mood to it, too. But what's trip-tip? BBQ pork? |

Hot Shoeby GermaineComment: I like the guy on the bike, and I like the blurred guy on the right, and I really like the green stripe over the biker's head. But the whole thing ... just isn't hanging together for me for some reason. But you seem to have quite a few admirers of the shot, which is what really matters! :) |

Day No. 7by GermaineComment: Actually, I think you did well at capturing both her solitude and the texture of the beach. I'm torn about the bird, though. It adds a little visual surprise but also reduces that solitary feel. |
