I'm not getting the story here. I assume you're claiming that somehow high gas prices are a crime, which is a contention I would seriously disagree with. But even assuming you're right, you're showing money coming out of the hose. Wouldn't your claimed crime be that money would be going from your wallet into the hose?

Since this is advanced editing, it would've been even better if you'd cranked up the contrast and darkened the sky to look threatening.
