Was he scratching his head with his hoof or his dangly-bits with his rack?

It looks like a "Dark Crystal" beetle. This is well done.

White and black in the same photo? And neither have lost detail? Astonishing. :)

Is that an 1842 Accord I see parked behind that 1850s minivan? The older-style bike really helps to make this photo more believable at first glance.

That's about the roughest looking ladybug I've ever seen. Did you grunge him, or is he just a grandpa ladybug? Also, the tones in your background are yummy.

I must admit, I was not expecting these in Colorado. They're beautiful. They have quite the interesting migratory thing going on.

I love this style of processing. It has a calm, elegance.

The composition felt a hair off at first. I had initially thought it could lose a tad from the top and the left, but when I tried cropping it that way the image lost some of its "space". Part of what she's, in theory, enjoying is the solitude of being alone in a wide open field. Cropping the way I had initially felt to crop it focused too much on her. The field is as much a part of the image as she is.

In summary, thanks for the composition lesson. Your composition is perfect. :)
