Bad angle...Don't know if the rotation was on purpose or not...but it may have been better if corrected. A little less flash may have given it a darker/older effect you were looking for.

At least you let everyone know that it prolly has a personal meaning. As for technical aspect....you may want to find a way to avoid the reflection that lines across the fetus's head.
