A Clockwork Orangeby obsidianComment: I'm swamped with being busy, so I wasn't even going to vote on this challenge, but looking at the thumbnails, yours stood out to me and literally made me laugh out loud. Such a fun idea. So now I have to vote... :) It may not be technically perfect, but it's very, very good and you get a bonus point for making me laugh. 10 |

Untitled, 2006by pawdrixComment: Great lighting, great personality. The little whisp of smoke combined with such a fantastic character makes for a superbly interesting shot. I could look at this all day - it makes you want to ask the subject about himself. 10 |

Scissors and Threadby CarpeNoctemComment: This is a clever, unusual shot. The dark textured background has a beautiful tonal range and the juxtaposition of the brightness of the scissors and string completes it well. This would make a beautiful fine art print. 10 |

Rebelby hannekeComment: Well done shot, makes a statement. If it wasn't for the profanity it would make an excellent shock shot. 8 |

My Brown Eyed Girlby hotpastaComment: Very beautiful portrait. The clear sharpness of the eyes mixed with the softness and the vibrant color balance between the shirt and the face painting really makes this stand out. The reflections in the eyes are a minor touch distracting, but this is one to be proud of. Great job! 9 |

Lit with a microwave set to 'Popcorn'by Joey LawrenceComment: Captivating shot. The subject's connection with the camera draws the viewer in, and the background image adds mystery. The lighting is absolutely perfect, right down to the catchlight in the eyes. Artistic, one of the best of the challenge. 10 |
