It was my son's 21st and Lily and her great parents showed up. I have taken photos of Lily since she was born and she really is photogenic.

In fact she was in a bad mood just before this shot, I lobbed up with the camera, she put a great show on for me, then went back to pouting.

I love her personality, she is extremely entertaining.

Her parents were told they would never have children, Lily is number 1 miracle, Levi her brother is number 2 miracle, and Mum Melody is pregnant with miracle number 3. Mel and Gav are music directors at the church I pastor at.

I really like the extra time you take to provide a story behind your photographs, something I could improve at.

What a pretty young lady. Great eyes. The longer I look at this the more I'd like to see a bit more in focus around the mouth area. Not only do her eyes smile, but, she has a great smile as well. I love the soft dof below the chin. Very nice.

love it, shallow DOF makes this! (wonder how many other comments complain about that very thing?) 7

Beautiful portait! I would have liked it better without the face paint, but not many people can photograph children like this!

You captured a very endearing expression, and it's interesting having the eyes in focus and the rest soft. Like it.

She has beautiful eyes, Cindi. (I know it's not Rikki because he doesn't have children). Perhaps a little more depth of field to bring the chin into focus, but very nice shot nonetheless.

This is gorgeous, but the focus isn't deep enough - her mouth and chin don't look clear enough.

i would have liked to see a little more depth of field, but besides that it is an excellent photograph

Very beautiful portrait. The clear sharpness of the eyes mixed with the softness and the vibrant color balance between the shirt and the face painting really makes this stand out. The reflections in the eyes are a minor touch distracting, but this is one to be proud of. Great job! 9

Great focus on the eyes. Watch that your focus on the rest doesn't becomne too soft.

Awesome photo. The colors are brilliant. The DOF seems a little odd, with one eye in sharp focus with lots of detail, and the other eye lacking. The catchlights in the eyes are also a bit distracting. You can definitely tell that this photo was taken outdoors. I would like to see more of the photo in focus, at least more of the face.

Great picture. I love the tight focus on her eyes and the paint on her face is perfect.

What a sweet girl! Love her eyes. Nice DOF. I even like the colors of her shirt which might be distracting, but in this sense, are not. 8
