Well set light, although it could have benn a little brighter on the leafs. good composition and well made frame. Don't know if the water drops are needed: flower looks fresh by itself and the small drops just appers as tiny white dots. Still a very good submission.

It looks very fresh! Especially the color of the green leafs. Accutally you didn't need the few water-dorplets to achieve freshness. Great composition, setting of light and color. Nice frame too. One of my favorits this time, so good luck to you.

Cute Cliches

For sure one of my favorits this time: fits the challenge best. It's really cute and a keeper for the parents but probably even more for grandma and grandpa.
And although it's a studio shot where you probably asked the kids to smille or say cheese, it does not look unnatural. The doll and the dog helps to make it look natural very much. Light and color are set great too. Good luck with this wonderfull submission.

Now that's a keeper: excelently captured moment, wonderfull color and although it is a little overexposed at the left side this overeposure is fien, because it gives the feeling of relaxing in the warm sun. Focus and DOF are great too. It's one of my favorits and it will probably do good. good luck to you.

LOL!! That's what I call a cliché-photo: I acctually expected more pure dog-nose pictures in this challenge, because on DPC-dog noses are the most clichéy subject beside flowers and sunsets. And this one with onyl a mouth, nose and plenty of hairs is one of the best!

Plain and Simple

The flower is wonderfull: it's variation of "whites" and its texture are great. The background is a little to bright in my opinion, but I have to honest that I do not know is a darker background or even a colored one would do better.
Still a very good picture, like the frame too. Good luck to you.

Great still life shot. I especially like the soft light, the reflections from the surface and it's stillness. I think the vase is a little too big compared to the flowers: I was looking back and forth between the flowers and the vase to see what is more important to the picture. Still, a great image and it will probably do well. good luck.

I like many things of this photo: the arrangement is clear with the flower on a green background made from the leafs; the composition with the flower in the center is also very got here (rule of third is not always the way to go); the frame is good too; the colors and light are very good too. What I do not like is the sharppness or focus: I realy don't get what happend to the image. Can't say that it is out of focus but somehow it looks like blurring, double exposure or so. Is it from the digital sharpening?
