This is a fantastic abstract. I can't quite make myself see the sculpture, but what I do see are 2 halves of a banana surrounding the face of an alien penguin who is holding a tube up to his nose. Through the tube we see other penguins on the icy water. Fantastic!

I like the composition - particularly the angle of the shoes. It's very nifty the way the mirror completes the scene for us. Gentle lighting - keeps it nice and warm. My favorite part is the grain of the wood floor. Would have gotten a good vote from me!

You executed the idea beautifully. I so love the blue sky behind the bowl and the upshot really works. I also considered doing this for "our" lyric (rummaged through my brain for all sorts of souls - tissue paper, toile, dye, etc and then finally chickened out and drew them, which definitely had its problems). I would have been very happy to have submitted this.

I gave this a 6 - really like the extreme close up and the great focus on the eye. And I like how the green in the background matches! You did a terrific job cloning out the eye boogie - I wish I could do that for my cat routinely, in 3D. There is no end to his goop.

Wonderfully emotive shot. I like donkeys! You've gotten some good tips worth trying. Since you can't really do anything about the focus at this point, you could try a spitshine of one or more photoshop art filters - like poster edges, cutout, chalk and charcoal, etc. While it wouldn't make this crowd love it, you might still squeeze a moody, artsy image out of it. I hope you will take more donkey pictures!
