Gate Lock

I really like this one. I think a lot of people fail to recognise how great simply can be. This is a great composition. I think the average photographer would walk up and take a picture of the gate lock from right in front of it at about eye level. This perspective here was a great choice. Nice going. Santa Rosa Creek Road is a very nice drive.

Wow, this one could be really good with some advanced editing. I know you weren't allowed, but a little vignetting would really set this image up well I think. What a beautiful model. The lighting on her face is superb. I wish it was a little more sharp however. Nice going.

Good idea! I just wish there was more contrast and something a little more colorful. The shadow is distracting as well. I think with some better lighting, you might have been able to pull this off. Good stab though.

This one is great. It belongs on some panteen ad or something. The model is a knockout. I think it would be slightly better if her shoulders were in focus as well. Very very nice picture though. Great composition and a beautiful model. One of the better ones I've seen so far in this challenge.

Well, she is certainly a beautiful model, I just think you could have done a little better metering the light. If her face was a little sharper it would help too. The wall is grey, so I think if you used a grey card here and metered off the card, you would have been able to get the wall to whiten up and this adding more contrast in the picture. The thing she's holding above her head is a little unidentifiable, so it might be taking away from the shot. I think if it were just her arms over her head it would be a far better shot. Anyway, nice attempt and try a little better light metering and lighting next time and a little more sharpness and I think you'll nail it. Nice going.

This one is excellent! Beautiful model, nice pose, etc. The only wierd thing that caught my eye is some little thing sticking off her left elbow. Not sure what it is, but it's a little distracting. Very nice shot here though! One of the best I've seen so far.
