As far as a fashion photo goes....this is awesome! Great expression on your face and the white collar is a great touch. This does look like something I would see in a magazine.
It may be my new monitor, but the image looks a little dark to me. The size is also an issue. I would have liked to see this bigger for the challenge to show more detail. This would be a great shot to re-edit for your portfolio.

| Clean and simple and meets challenge well. Well put together with a clasic pose. Well done. Personally, I think a little differentiation between the subject and the background would have been nice... perhaps a little backlighting on his shoulders to keep it subtle. |

sexy man, sexy look. Yep, the guy in definitely 'in fashion' and would make an excellent accessory
If I was doing a modification of this photo, I would plunk him off center to the right on a 640x640 canvas (black of course). Give the man more space, especially above his head.

| I like how the highlight is in his collar and his skintones are more midrange.. very well rendered photo and the model is excellent.. one tiny tiny quibble.. and I really had to look hard, is the shine inside his ear could be muted. |

Wish there was more light to show off his cute face even more and another light near his hands to see detail in the sweater...I'm assuming the sweater is supposed to be the "object" of fashion, but if this were a magazine ad/etc., I would have no idea what the clothes actually looked like. Nice work- nice guy! |

| The only thing I don't like about this is that there is no separation from the background. All the black blends together, and there are no details in the black to suggest where he leaves off and the background begins, so that what we are left with is a (very sexy) floating head and pair of hands. |

| The only thing I find wrong with this is that it is a bit too dark. Other than that, the model is hot. The facial expression is spot on. It is very alluring and sexy, however little in fashion is shown. I see he is buttoning a suit, but the background doesn't allow one to view the suit. But the hell with that, cause this guy is hot and looks like he is getting ready to leave from a wonderful and sexy filled evening. Considering his look, and the emotion of the shot, it is one of my top picks. I also suggest this guy look for real modeling work, if he hasn't already. :) |
