Did you run a pastel filter or something on this? Those colors are fantastic. I don't normally care for big frames, but it works perfectly here.

It's late and my brain isn't working right. Is the blur/noise on the people or everything else? This sounds like the Orton Effect, except that you sharpen the background, put copy in multiply and blur it, then do levels since it gets darker.

I think what you've done here really makes them stand out, and you've caught a great moment.

Your processing really emphasizes the "dirty" nature of this plant. I can imagine that thing spewing out of all the stacks and it must be an amazing amount of pollution. This makes me want to go out and document the plants around here.
