Day_3_Lauren2by ApertureAshleyComment: I like the "get it done with!" pose you captured. It looks like a tough lighting situation and she could probably use a bit more up front, but it still turned out good. |

Day_3_Clockby ApertureAshleyComment: With the exception of the square crop, this looks like it could be an oldtime postcard. The size of that clock is insane! |

Phoenix Guyby AliciaComment: That's an interesting story, and he does seem harmless enough. Now wouldn't it be something if he actually is a famous photographer! Your processing certainly does give it that old photo feeling. |

Lake Oroville Suspension Bridgeby cogeroxComment: The colors here are absolutely stunning. The bridge just leads my eye to the background and then back up front again. This must be something to see in person. |

BlueMoon.jpgby JerseyGenieComment: I'm not a big fan of Blue Moon, but this piece is fantastic. I give you a lot of credit for getting it done in time for Christmas. |

Day 03 - Snowdropsby hajekaComment: Simple colors, simple flowers, simple composition. This is simplicity at its best. Well done. |

Day 2by fototracyComment: The colors really come to life against the black. I don't know what the celebration was all about, but those colored shells lead me to believe you had fun! |

curiousby annigComment: Did you run a pastel filter or something on this? Those colors are fantastic. I don't normally care for big frames, but it works perfectly here. |

Dancingby GermaineComment: It's late and my brain isn't working right. Is the blur/noise on the people or everything else? This sounds like the Orton Effect, except that you sharpen the background, put copy in multiply and blur it, then do levels since it gets darker.
I think what you've done here really makes them stand out, and you've caught a great moment. |

Day 2: Cyrusby cginoComment: The shallow DOF takes me straight to the in-focus eye. I like how you've processed this to make the kitty stand out. |
