Week3by DigiFotoBuddyComment: This is just stunning, and a great example of when using a centered composition works. That sky is incredible. |

Rooftopby karmatComment: I just love that bold, blue, negative space. It could be something in the sky, but it looks like a bit of sensor dust in the blue. |

Monkey'ing Aroundby jeroweComment: For me the biggest thing that kept the score low was the exposure on the faces, they just seems a tad harsh to look at it. Also, they seem a bit posed and not natural. Posing subjects isn't bad, but if they are just "Monkey'ing Around" they probably wouldn't be in this position.
Take a look at these and compare side by side to see how the lighting affect the faces.
Edit: I didn't vote but would have given it a 6. Message edited by author 2009-01-27 12:10:13. |

POW 2009 - week4 - Wendyby TrollManComment: There's a lot to like here, especially the pose and the b&w scheme you have going no. Agreed with the others on the lighting, and bouncing works great. |

POW 2009 - week2 - Markusby TrollManComment: These are the shots that will be looked upon fondly in the future. The girls had a princess tent they played with here and trashed it, good for you it's surviving. |

Knik Riverby ShutterPugComment: This is such a grand landscape, and very good B&W conversion. I would have voted this high for the AA challenge. |

The Stalkerby CuttoothComment: Wow that is cool! I like that glowing eye and how he's ready to jump into the void; good use of negative space.

Mourning Doveby cynthiannComment: That is quite the shot, it almost looks like an angel in flight! Thanks for the setup information. |

Flight of the Sacred Ibisby kellymkComment: That is an incredible bird - it almost looks prehistoric! The processing makes this look like something you'd seen in a museum, and I really like it. |
