Nice little guy with a big eye. Think the bottom left part is somewhat disturbing.

Wow that is cool! I like that glowing eye and how he's ready to jump into the void; good use of negative space.

So little and yet just as important.

A cute little guy! Nice shot with a good use of shallow DOF for the occasion.

I've heard (read) it said that it's better to do the USM or whatever sharpening, after resizing, rather than before. It makes sense to me, what with the edges being prone to abuse during resizing, but I'm a lot less sure about the perceptible difference. I think this is a good shot and perfectly, or at least well, focussed. The edges and the body of the little fellah don't look too sharp though. May have something to do with the nature of the beast, i.e. that translucence. Larger format might have helped.
Anyway he's dead cute and I'm glad you got him in here. :-)

What a cutie! He's almost translucent. I like the negative space, too. I'm not sure why this didn't do better.

(ew!) He looks a bit translucent, I like the silkiness on him. Great composition.

I would have thought it would have done better. I like the big void it's staring in to.

Excellent shot. I wonder what is it aiming at and wonder further whether it jumps at the thing or not. Very nice.

As long as he doesn't try to sell me any insurance, I like him.

This a nice little macro with some good use of negative space, but it does seem slightly out of focus/the creature doesn't seem strong enough to carry the shot as a whole.
