Nice expressions you caught here and I like how you have 'em all lined up. The dogs seem a bit soft to me, is it possible the focus is off? The leaves just a tad in front of them seem fairly sharp.

Roz, I've been meaning to comment all week and figured I better do it before this goes off the front page. You are the master of these insect shots and you just keep getting better. Besides this being a good insect "action shot", what appeals to me are the technicals. Focus, colors, lighting, background, composition, everything is spot on here. Congrats on the ribbon.

Very simple and yet it's hard to look away. I think cropping that slight grayish vertical on left side would make it a bit stronger composition.

I like this macro and especially the shallow DOF. Good idea to leave a bit of black on the top. The only thing that stands out for me is what appears to be a tilt towards the right on the in-focus matches. Of course, this may be your intention.
