Delicate Invaderby MaryOComment: The delicate look of the flowers and stamens is greatly accentuated by the dark background and shadows. Pity you will have to rip them all out but it seems those flowers that just show up want to "take over the world!" |

robin in birch treeby tnunComment: REally like the composition here. Great detail on the feathers. I see a slight glow around the beak. Was that one of your tweaks to add definition to it? |

Black-necked Stiltby JuliBocComment: I wish my rush jobs looked this good! Really like the angles here and the way you can see the reflection of the leg in the water. |

IMG_2224swan.jpgby JerseyGenieComment: With knowing that he hangs out in the pond, it might be worth a trip out, camera in hand, near sunrise or sunset one day to try and get him in the "sweet" light. |

wildthings2.jpgby icu1965Comment: Should be a colorful mix when the flowers do come out. I was trying to find the four leaf clover in the bunch.... Nice, clear shot. |

Thanks, this was one of the few that I did manage to get into focus. Those darn birds just flit around too fast for me. I have a lovely (but very blurry) shot of a pileated woodpecker! |
