Crazy Creekby seancComment: I am wonering why you did not desaturate the total, or alternatively leave the color in the total. The red leaves now draw all the attention, whereas the soft waterflow is the most graceful aspect of the picture. A viewpoint lower to the ground, looking up to the small waterfall would have concentrated more on that graceful aspect, and would have eliminated some further clutter. |

Tammy likes to poseby teepot9Comment: The cat is very fuzzy/unsharp, looks like movement blur since the tiles are sharp. The angle of view is a bit strange, with the floortiles as a wall behind the cat. You made it difficult for yourself by chosing difficult circumstances with strong contrast between the dark shadows and the light hair of the cat in the sunshine. |

Quiet Graceby ColeyComment: Good approach to the challenge, lighting the hands just to show the outlines worked well. I would have liked a bit more symmetry, less burned out fingertops and elimination of the white spot in the middle. 8 |

Riding the windby christyrackComment: I find the background too busy. The beautiful feather colors and structure is lost in the total. A blue sky or a solid background would have been better in my opinion. |

Frost tinged oak leaves dying with grace and beautyby wmstarkComment: The color looks really off, on my monitor(s) it looks purple, I would expect a more red tint (white balance issue?). It might have worked to go really close and just photograph part of the leave and stem and show the early morning frost more clear, the current image is missing a strong structure to look at and getting close might have created a more restful strong image. |

Teapotby SMW409Comment: The strong light and the reflection on the wall does not do well for this image. Just holding it further away from the wall would have improved it, but the teapot also lends itself well to more of a still life type of picture. Don't know how it looks in color but could imagine it make the image more attractive. |

A Gathering of Dewby e301Comment: Drop is a leave are always attractive and the sharpness here is good. Unfortunately the leave itself is not very attractive and the surroundings are a bit cluttered, especially the one piece of grass in front of the leave is disturbing. If possible, getting closer and lower and removing the grass in front, might have solved this, limiting also depth of field and therefore creating more impact of the drops. |

Turkish Bathby DigitankComment: Very special atmosphere. The big bright spot is a bit disturbing, I would crop the image just below it, since the big bright spot and the area above it does not add much to the picture. If you crop away a bit from the sides as well, you still can maintain the impression of height in the image. |

remnantby mcmurmaComment: I like the brown tints, the shape and angle of the leave, resting on the small tips, and especially the shadows. Good one. |

Urban Grace by brianlrComment: Absolutely fitting the challenge !! Great capture, beautiful colors, moon included, very good. Maybe a bit more space on the right, show some more of the bridge, bringing the opera house out of the center, would have improved the composition further. 9 |
