Few urban landscapes can be described as graceful, but Sydney's waterfront certainly can. Here a crescent moon hovers at dusk above the majestic arch of the Harbour Bridge and the perfect curves of the 'billowing' Opera House 'sails'.

WOW!
Fantastic shot mate,
must admit time exposures of the opera house are always fun and often very impressive but this one tops the lot!

I like the fact that is very clear and crisp -the house and bridge is very well defined and the colours are great

I like the lines and they are indeed graceful.

Personally, I feel that if this was entered into the urban landscape challenge it would have had a chance at winning. I also feel it is a good image for this challenge as well. The light and composition are very pleasing to look at. The Hot spot in the middle is a little distracting, but I am sure there was nothing you could have done for that. Any way, nice image.

Good view of Sidney Opera House but the best detail is the moon in the sky

Absolutely fitting the challenge !! Great capture, beautiful colors, moon included, very good. Maybe a bit more space on the right, show some more of the bridge, bringing the opera house out of the center, would have improved the composition further. 9

Beautiful...very gracefull...people don't ususally associate grace with urban landscapes and that's why this is one of my favorites b/c it is different!!! I love the moon above and the color of the sky!!! Amazing! 10

Besides this stunning architecture, the moon is also a star here. Beautiful sky colors. All details are sharp, but also soft. Complementary curves of building and bridge are beautiful. Very well exposed and framed. Image is pure and high quality (Neatimage?). Nothing to regret. It's very well done!

This is so beautiful. The curves in the Opera House and the curve of the bridge help this image fit the challenge. The colors are great - nice blue water, pink sunrise (?) and blue sky. The moon is a great addition. I gave this a 10. Great job!

Beautiful. But then you have a great subject too. The lighting on the bridge gives it a sort of 3D look. Well done.

Fantastic shot, I'll be amazed if this doesn't get a blue ribbon. The composition doesn't quite work for me, but I think this is a personal issue and this is still my favourite shot this challenge. It's the moon that really makes this shot special. Wonderful timing to capture this shot under just the right light conditions. I love the (NeatImaged?) graduated blues and reds in the sky. Well done for taking a well known landmark and making something a little different with it. 10

The opera house and Sydney Harbour Bridge certainly symbolize grace in the urban landscape. Besides being lucky enough to live in Sydney, you've done a great job of bringing out the best in this scene.

Got to be one of the most photogenic building in the world (and one of my very favorite places ever :)

Excellent shot, the timing, as I assume this is dusk, is perfect. The moon really adds to it as well. You should put this one on DP Prints for sure.

This is a very happy picture with lots of colour and lights. It says to me lets go out on the town. The sky is heavenly as well. Well centered and composed.
