Looks like too much Neat Image has been applied here as there is very little detail left in the girl's skin . When going for the soft focus look, the eyes should be kept sharp. Her eyes do not look sharp, but smoothed out too much as the rest of her is. Something about her expression just does not fit here either - perhaps it is the way she is looking off into a distance and smiling at a time you would expect to see her focused on a serious task. I find the bunched up fabric behind her to be distracting. It makes the scene look sloppy.

I realize this type shot isn't easy, but it still needs to be in better focus to score well. As for the composition, I think I would prefer to see a tighter crop on the one side - and only have negative space showing where they are headed.

I can imagine the hammering you're gonna take on this one! the comments should be real interesting to read after the challenge.
Personally, I dont care for the processing at all. Looks like you used way too much Neat Image, and the shadow along the right side of your head is bothersome. The left hand is blurry which I find distracting too.
