Very nice self-portrait. It is soft but that works for me. During the competition I have it a 6.

This could have been a great photo but the lighting is flat hiding your personality. IMO too much light from head on. Light over the right sholder is overwhelmed.

Wow, what a cutie. I think if the eyes were in focus, this one would be great. It just seems a little out of focus. For what it's worth, the image size is a little small, but that's not what we're voting on. The lighting is excellent! I think it might be a little stronger image if your hair wasn't chopped off. Nonetheless, very nice picture. +7

Given the size boost we were given on this challenge, I'm surprised to see one submitted that is so small. The very top of your head is cut off, and there's too much Neat Image going on. Good color and lighting though.

I've seen you around, but don't have the time to look up your name.
I think this is a wonderful portrait. I'm not qualified to judge technique at all, but it just jumped at me. Maybe it's the colours, the pose, the look, who knows. I gave you my highest score 9. I don't give 10's because 10 is the ultimate and I like to think that nobody's perfect.

a very beautiful plain ol u :) .. nice lighting and colour .. a tad soft imo ..
but guess portraits r supposed to be soft .. very nice all in all.. 10
