Lighting seems too harsh as the open container behind the lid has very little left to see, and the yellow lid looks washed out in color.

The colors here seem really washed out - faded. Might try bumping up your saturations and/or contrast. Play with curves a bit too if you have that feature in your editing software to see what ylou can achieve.
The composition is okay - but I dont care for how the chin is clipped. Focus seesm very soft throughout.

Nice DOF. I'm not crazy about seeing the duckies in blue lighting, but that's just a personal pref. I find the reflections from the wall texture in the upper right corner a bit distracting. I think if the crop were not so tight and allowed the full shadow of the front ducky it would be better, as the other shadows seem like a strong part of the image composition.

I find the girl gets lost in this image as she is so small in comparison to everything else.

The strongest focal point seems to be on the hair - I think if you had kept the eyes the strnogest focus point it would be better. Nice use of shallow DOF. Interesting idea - provokes emotion to a some degree

Channel Surfing

Focus is a bit soft, but image is composed well. Your model would look more natural if reclining back in chair or on a couch instead of standing. I cant imagine he would stand there too long surfing.
