Oh I love powdered donuts...I like the simplcity here, I wonder if the lox were a little less "dayglow"/saturated if maybe a little more texture would be seen?...I keep wanting to see a bit more detail in the fish that I know os there but may be blown out due to the coloring... still a really interesting contrast of subject matter.

This could be interesting as an abstract...A couple things I might address would be the "flatness" of the light and lack of detail in the branches...maybe try playing around with the contrast, maybe some levels adjustments and a bit of dodging? I do see some detail in the branches but yearn to see a bit more...more depth and dimension perhaps.

I like it...this has a really wonderful graphic aura about it...it also looks like a "film" image, which I also appreciate..the grain, the contrast, the motion blur of the broom, and those little highlights on the candy, they all come together quite nicely in this intriguing but of so simple image.
