I want to like this but there are a few issues...while it was a good idea to go for a long exposure, this one is too long and so the water looks 'fake'...there are things in the bushes that look like garbage or something, and I am not sure that the blue frame is right either...sorry, don't want to be critical because you obviously planned this shot, but perhaps you can try it again from another perspective and really make that water a feature...just trying to be helpful
