Good work you've done, shot and processing. I like the difference between the lithe flowing wonderfully coloured water and then the rest that, compared to the water, looks so messy. Well done.
I don't know what the little red flecks are in the background, but its a bit of a distraction. The water and its color is gorgeous, but the background needed some work.
I want to like this but there are a few issues...while it was a good idea to go for a long exposure, this one is too long and so the water looks 'fake'...there are things in the bushes that look like garbage or something, and I am not sure that the blue frame is right either...sorry, don't want to be critical because you obviously planned this shot, but perhaps you can try it again from another perspective and really make that water a feature...just trying to be helpful
Some beautifull color work here. I would crop off the top quarter of the image. The trees and people(I think thats what that is) in the background only detract from the velvet water. The color of the border might be a bit much as well, white might have contrasted stronger.
