Week 06 - Caffe Tossiby KenComment: Love the clarity and contrast which made the image jump right off the page when I first looked at it. I am unfamiliar with the steps for Transform Distort and the Nik Efex B&W filter. What are those? |

Week 5: Just lil' 'ole me :)by Blue MoonComment: ooohh grandma what big eyes you have....
My first impressions is the eyes. It's almost as if you've seen something that'll make you eyes pop right out of your head. |

Week 4: Happy V-Day <3by Blue MoonComment: Nice texture and detail on the flower. I agree, it's way over done but for a reason. Flowers almost always look better with water droplets on them. The detail in the BG adds a nice DOF. |

7- Twirlingby BudComment: She is precious. I remember when my daughters were a lot younger and they'd twirl and twirl to get their dress to balloon out. My first impression was that feeling of nostalgia that fathers get as they grow older. I never noticed the busy background, the slight blurring works well to separate her from the noise. Liked the use of the triptych to show the sequence. She looks happy and content, which is a good look for a child. For anyone. |

648309by undieyatchComment: Wow. This image has quite an impact. My first impression is barren and winter all at once. I tend to zoom in on everything so it is great to see the impact that the negative space can add, so I like the use of negative space and keeping the ground & trees in the lower half. |

emit eht s'tahwby jonfrommkComment: Jon, First you drive on the wrong side of the road on a round-about and now you have the time backwards. Oh wait... it's a reflection. Wonderful, It'd be cool to see how this looked with a closer crop. Love the title.

Safe and Secureby CharleneComment: Very nice. Love the way the texture and softness add to not only the softness of the baby but also with the idea of remembering something so far back.

Beaconby jonfrommkComment: I like this. The blue duotone works well and so does the tilt. Cool shot Jon. Definitely should have been higher. |
