Big Dig Steelby rooComment: Techniquely well done picture. Good use of B & W. Just a little too much glare on the metal on the right sidw. |

Rotating Poleby pitsamanComment: This is an interesting subject but you have taken the picture at an uninteresting angle. If you took it from above or below it would haved given the viewer a perspective that one does not usually get. Also, it would have made the pole more central to the picture and removed alot of the distractions in the backround. |

A Design Classicby andywightmanComment: Simple and effective. I would have liked to see the entire shadow to the right. Seems to be cut off. |

The Academyby OlyuziComment: Interesting building and geometrics. This is a hard picture to get because the symmetry has to be perfect to pull it off. I like the use of B & W. |

Timeless Timepieceby neilmwilsonComment: Reflections off of metal are always hard to deal with. Your picture looks somewhat distorted in that the glass cover does not look round. Probably the angle of the shot but the clock face does look round and they don't seem to match. Also, I would have cropped the picture more tightly on the right side as the picture appears uneven. |

Where the Flux is that Capacitor?by rodneygComment: Definitely fits the challenge, but it just isn't that interesting or artistically done. Looks like just a random picture of a table and electrical apparatus. There is too much in this picture. I think I would have liked it if you zoomed in on that green plastic instrument with an interesting angle. Sorry to criticize. I know we all like to hear the good things about our pictures, but I have learned the most from the criticisms. |
