interesting and unusual...I see nothing wrong with taking this as an urban landscape, I am of the thinking that ay parts that compose a landscape are landscape themselves, but your shot is clearly better than scored so this is why it was not better embraced I must assume...
the angle makes this work, as though the billboard is a battery pack, and yes commerce does power the landscape, nice work here....
