I thought Hindu goddess too when I first saw this. Very nice capture, quite elegant. I do find myself wishing the pillow/cushion behind her wasn't so prominent, though.

Wow...I really like the arms but what caught my eye is the face. Lovely warm tones in this shot.

Outstanding! The multiple arms really make it for me. I've enjoyed all of your images in this series, but this is my favorite so far!

Every image you add to this collection works like another brick building a monument. You should take this series to a level of a collection with high consistency and a clear objective. This really works very well and it deserves all of your efforts.

Although you say she is an angel, this has many aspects of a Hindu goddess. The multiple arms being the greatest link. The whitness could even make her a standin for Saraswathi. The posture is off. I find it interesting that it is about enlightnment and purity but the shadows on the knee/leg look like there are dark forces trying to pull her down into their world. Or possibly just the opposite, she is freeing herself from their world.
They just keep getting better.

The multiple arms echo the statues of multi-armed deities, the dull orange-brown glow combines with the soft treatment to generate a calm and meditative response. I think that is enhanced by having the face and expression of the subject clear enough to preceive easily. You are exploring a very interesting line of thought with your series in this side challenge, and the rest of us benefit.

beautiful concept, the image overall is very well done with the blur & tones, &great for the title. a more benefificent expression on her face would carry this home.
