My Car in the Parking Lot at Workby RebeccaComment: For me, it's the "One Way" sign. It's the first thing the eyes go to, and lo and behold, the snow is indeed following orders, and heading in the direction indicated. The car also looks a wee bit irritated but hanging in there. Don't know if this helps explain anything! |

Train Yard East of the Cityby scarbrdComment: Nice. I like the monochromatic nature of this with the city shrouded in mist/smog. Lines of the tracks have just the right light on them, too. |

Aloneby anotherdayComment: Wonderful. The colors really make this work, with the lone girl on the right in warm colors, everything else in cool - creates a juxtaposition between feeling calm and just a bit disconcerting. |

no passengers...by HairlessmanComment: Two words - awe and some. (Witty, aren't I?) I'd love to explain why I really like this, but I'm not entirely sure. What I like - I like the way the RR crossing signals form three distinct black dots. They go well with the three pine trees, which interestingly enough match up nicely with the three seats available should any passengers pass by. Top it all off with great detail in the foreground and a fade-into-a-blown sky and you've got something I'd definitely hang on my wall. Be fully aware, however, that my tastes are odd at best. |
