Freedomby puzzledComment: Congratulations on producing the most thought-provoking image in this challenge, Amy. It has compositional & artistic qualities that were sadly overlooked by the voters . Forget the ribbons; see if you can do something of this standard again in the "Light" challenge! |

Freedomby puzzledComment: Simple and effective. Beyond the wire (pun intended) the beautifully balanced composition, with shape and tone working in harmony, is the main appeal to me. First I thought "train tracks", but now I think not. What it actually is seems less important than what it suggests ... which is why the title is so well chosen. 8.
Back for second thoughts & revised score. The longer I look at it the more powerful it becomes. 9. |

DPC at 50 frame/sby tazzaComment: It's remarkably clever & will have wide appeal to DPC voters. Might be a bit enigmatic to others, but that hardly matters here. 7. |

Finding GODby ZoomdakComment: This is interesting. The more I study it the more complex it appears. I still can't decide just how many "images" are here. Original and clever. 7. |

Post modernby kevrobertsonComment: I like this image very much & have no real idea why. It simply looks appealing and somehow harmonious. Sorry I am letting you down on the comments side, but I'm nevertheless scoring it an 8. |

Newton's Appleby charliebakerComment: This is clever, visually striking and simple. Exactly enough stop motion on the apple to achieve the effect you were after while maintaining the falling illusion. Nice big apple as well; even in fruit, size matters. 8. |

three faces , one exposureby rhipsterComment: This is the best of the multi-faced images, strobe shots, simulated multiple-exposures, & whatever. This one appeals due to the clever lighting & the three distinct facial expressions; makes a very theatrical effect. 8. |

Erasureby SkipComment: This is a very appealing image. The subject, composition & colours all complement the overall effect you've chosen. Can't decide how much of what you've done is in-camera & how much is after. Either way, it's memorable. 8. |
