The lookby LalliSigComment: Sweet portrait, scandinavian calm mood.
Love it, except that I'd like to see the lightsource reflection in the pupils and not partly in the iris. 9 |

Historianby egillbjarkiComment: Rough B&W suits the rough face well. Cutting of a part of the head makes the viewer focus on the expressive features of the face (eyes, cheeks, mouth). The look on his face is hard to place, perhaps indifferent. It doesn't give anything away.

Essenceby elsapoComment: Good composition with the placement of the sharp eyes and the framing of the face by the flowing hair. Sweet sweet eyes, maybe they'd look even better with a smaller light source (smaller reflection). 9 |

Rebelby hannekeComment: I'm wondering if more dof to make the edges of the torn paper harder would have worked better here. Apart from that: nice idea, interesting message and good processing. 8 |

Irish Cuisineby BrookiedComment: Good photo, great in B&W.
I like two things about that window:
a) no reflections
b) the rain on it makes it just a bit more real
Apart from that I like the placement of the person. She seems occupied with something. Is it her work, is it a text message on her cellphone? We'll never know because the menu is in the way. There is some suspense created that way.
Great toning and contrast. 8

Capturing My Spiritby JPRComment: Great idea and it has a good mood. The middle line is a bit centered, but the diaginal across the snow saves it. Maybe a lower camera setting, looking more upwards to the trees could work better. |

Mosh Pitby BobsterLobsterComment: Great documentary style photograph. The toning works well and the choice for b&w makes the viewer look at what's going without being distracted by colors of shirts, pants and shoes. The underside looks a bit cut off, but it doesn't hurt that much as the energy is in the upper part. 10 |

Florens cum Vepresby EnnilComment: Great portrait.
The reflection in the eye, is that the flowers or is it the lighting? |

Chasing Fun by CutterComment: I love the energy and joy of this photo.
Great composition with these birds, the layers of sky-water-beach-water-beach and the soft sky and beach colors vs the hard colors of the boy(?). 10 |

Hang Timeby idnicComment: His face looks like as if he is afraid of the way down. :)
Cool capture. |
