Night Sky Observer by orvaratliComment: Love the color. The image seems substantially stretched (the clouds, especially on the right, don't look right, and the guys shoes look like size 16's - maybe they are). Would like to see the settings for this to capture the stars and streak in the upper right and to yet get decent DOF. Cool. |

WHAT?by MaryOComment: Not sure that super shallow DOF was what this challenge was going for? Especially without something in the bg to look at, be drawn into. That being said the expression on this birds "face" is priceless. :-) Slight nit ... a little bit washed out and could use a dose of contrast IMO. Shot thru a window maybe? |

A Red Foxby RefocusedComment: This is a nicely captured image of this fox. Maybe could be a tad sharper in the face. The thing holding it back for me is that the fox is squarely in the center of the frame. There's no distinct foreground / background here IMO. |
